This website is operated by Lucent Suite ("Lucent", "we", "us"), Commercial Registration No. 1672065, with its registered address at Bousher, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. You can reach us at info@lucentsuite.com.

This policy applies to this website (https://lucentsuite.com) and to the contact and early-access forms it carries. The Lucent platform products carry their own in-product privacy terms for institutional customers and their users; those terms govern data processed inside the products.

We collect only what the site needs to work and what you choose to send us:

• Form submissions: your name, organization, email address, phone number, the system you are interested in, and any message you write.
• Preferences: your language (Arabic or English) and theme choice, stored in your browser.
• Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.

We process personal data to respond to your inquiries, to schedule and hold the conversations you request, to provide and improve our services, and to meet our legal obligations. We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on the steps needed before entering a contract with your institution, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its implementing regulations.

Card payments for Lucent services are processed by Tap Payments. Card data is entered directly with Tap and is never stored by Lucent. Tap's handling of your data is described in its privacy policy at https://www.tap.company/en-us/privacy

Form submissions are stored on Supabase infrastructure in [PLACEHOLDER-REGION]. The website itself is served through our hosting provider's global network.

We share personal data only with the processors that run our service, and only so far as needed to provide the service. Those processors are our database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Tap Payments), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows from it, and we delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to. Technical logs are kept for short, rolling periods.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@lucentsuite.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law.

This website is directed at institutions, not children. On the Lucent platform, institutions such as property companies and schools act as the controllers of the customer records they manage, for example tenant or student data; Lucent processes that data on their behalf and under their instructions.

We protect personal data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the isolation of each customer's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the guarding of your data as part of our craft.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be noted on this page.
